Data Deletion

Email mccaskillsolutions@gmail.com from the address you used, and say you want your message deleted. We delete it from our email account and confirm back to you. There is no form and no account to log into.

Email us from an address on the account and tell us what you want removed. You can ask for all of it, or for specific items such as photography of a particular project.

What we delete on request:

• Photographs and video we produced for you, from our working storage.
• Project files, drafts, and scheduled content we hold for your accounts.
• Correspondence about your account, where retaining it is not required for tax or legal reasons.

What we cannot delete for you: anything that lives inside your own Meta, Google, or hosting accounts. Those belong to you, not to us, and you remove that content directly. We will walk you through it if it is easier.

You do not need our cooperation, or even to tell us, to cut off our access. Revoking it takes effect immediately.

• Facebook - Settings → Business Integrations, then remove our access.
• Instagram - Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites.
• Meta Business Manager - Business Settings → Partners, then remove us as a partner.
• Google - your Google Account's Security page, under third-party access; and for Business Profile or Ads, remove our user from the account.

We action deletion requests within 30 days and usually much sooner. Backups roll off on their own schedule, so a copy can persist briefly in backup storage after deletion from active systems; it is not restored to active use.

We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and tax records. Those are retained for that purpose only.
