Privacy Policy

McCaskill Solutions LLC is a marketing services agency in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We build and maintain websites, produce photography and video, and manage social and advertising accounts for residential construction businesses.

This policy covers two different things: information collected through this website, and information we handle when a client authorizes us to work inside their marketing accounts. They are separate, and the sections below treat them separately.

Only what you send us. The contact form asks for a name, an email address, and a message. That goes to our email so we can reply. We do not use it for anything else and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests to this site, which include IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp. That is ordinary infrastructure logging and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. There is nothing here to opt out of. If that changes, this policy will change with it before the change ships.

When a client hires us, they authorize us to access accounts they already own. We only ever get this access by the client granting it, and only to the accounts needed for the work they asked for.

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) - to publish content to the client's Pages and accounts, and to read the performance of that content and their ads.
• Google Business Profile and Google Ads - to maintain the client's business listing and to run and report on their advertising.
• Website and hosting accounts - to build and maintain the site we were hired to maintain.
• Photographs and video we produce on site - images of the client's completed and in-progress projects.

Where a client's customers appear in this data, for example someone who submits a lead form or comments on a post, we see it only as part of operating the client's accounts. We do not extract it, combine it across clients, or use it for our own marketing.

Our use of information received from Meta and Google APIs follows those platforms' developer terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we use platform data only to provide the marketing services the client asked for, we do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide those services or as required by law, we do not use it for advertising of our own, and we do not allow humans to read it except to provide the service, for security, or where the law requires it.

We keep the list short on purpose. Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job.

• Vercel - hosts this website and processes requests to it.
• Resend - delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google - hosts the email account we read and reply from.
• Meta and Google advertising platforms - where a client has authorized us to operate their accounts.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks for their own purposes.

Contact form messages stay in our email account as ordinary business correspondence. Client project files, including photography, are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after it ends so we can hand work over or answer questions about it.

You can ask us to delete a message you sent us, and a client can ask us to delete their project files, at any time. See Data Deletion.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Withdraw account access at any time, directly in Meta or Google, without going through us.

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we treat client account data will be raised with the client directly, not left for them to find here.
