These terms govern your use of this website. They are not your service agreement. If we work together, the scope, fees, and obligations of that engagement are set out in the agreement we sign with you, and that document controls if it says something different from this page.

You may read this site and contact us through it. Do not use it to send unlawful content, attempt to gain access to systems you are not authorized to use, or submit automated bulk messages through the contact form.

Prices shown on this site are starting points and are subject to a quote. Descriptions of our services are a summary, not a contractual commitment to a particular deliverable, schedule, or result.

We do not guarantee marketing outcomes. Nobody honestly can. What we commit to is set out in your service agreement.

Photographs and video shown on this site are of real projects. Rights in work we produce for a client are addressed in that client's service agreement.

Do not copy the photography, copy, or design of this site for your own use.

Where we operate Meta, Google, or other platform accounts on a client's behalf, those platforms' own terms apply to that account, and their decisions about it are outside our control. We are not responsible for a platform suspending, restricting, or changing an account or its policies.

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
